I have liked a lot of varied subjects and things, throughout my life, like many others. These have, for some reasons unknown to me, not stayed with me for long.I used to, when I was in my 7th standard, invent these small things with very interesting principles behind them, usually implementing what I had learnt in the classroom. During my 12th standard, I even built, along with a friend, a miniature solar powered amphibian, and used to enjoy giving it various shapes, for different utilities.... one was the speed boat, light but unstable, and the other was the cruise liner, solid and stable, but slow. This was displayed at a Regional level exhibition in our school.
I loved playing many sports, most of which I never continued, even through college, but which I would really enjoy playing again... Table Tennis, Volleyball, Field Hockey, Badminton, Chess, Carrom and God knows what else!
I listen to a lot of music... especially old Hindi film songs and instrumentals, both Western and Indian classical. (Infact, I am listening to music even as I am typing this) I like Bryan Adams, Michael Bolton and other such soft music singers from the West. Of the Indian singers, I like Mukesh and Kishore Kumar, and from the new bunch, Udit Narayan and Abhijeet.
